The Total Body Plan

Jonathan Goodair's Total Body Plan is a comprehensive fitness programme specifically tailored to meet your goals.

Of course there is cardio -- Jonathan recommends 200 minutes per week minimum for weight loss -- but the toning and lean lines clients achieve comes from Pilates-based exercises that engage the stabilising muscles.

The plan also includes an attack on the trifecta of trouble spots: "ass, abs, and arms," as Jonathan refers to it. Plus, clients receive guidelines for stretching and a healthy eating plan.
